Behavioral Health Direct Care Staff
Like the direct care workers who provide services to persons with developmental disabilities, the behavioral health direct care staff (Behavioral Health Para-Professionals and Behavioral Technicians) are creative, self-initiating, high energy team players with good communication and writing skills as well as good interpersonal skills. They work with individuals who have varying degrees of disabilities and behavioral issues in a residential setting. They also possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multi task as required. Candidates must be able to pass the State-mandated background checks. In addition, the behavioral health direct care staff must have a high school diploma or GED.
Behavioral Health Program Manager
High School diploma or GED plus four (4) years experience in behavioral health. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited college; or a bachelor’s degree in any field plus one (1) year experience in behavioral health.
