Policies & Procedures
CPES supports the use of licensing standards to help assure quality of services. To assure CPES employee understanding and support, a copy of these licensing standards is maintained at each residential setting operated by CPES. In an effort to provide our employees with accurate information regarding CPES, the handling of specific situations, and the general operations of CPES, each DES/DDD program location will have available to staff an agency "Service Policies & Procedures" manual.

Training Classes
